The Story
Why we're standing with Jack.
Jack was diagnosed with stage 4 bowel cancer in February. His sister Millie is raising $185,000 for pioneering treatment that could give Jack a life-changing chance at recovery.
Jack has met this challenge with extraordinary courage, optimism and hope. Alongside chemotherapy at The Royal Marsden in London, he is supporting his body through nutrition, vitamins, IV therapy, supplements, and herbal medicine.
Due to the spread of the disease, the long-term strategy will likely be a stop/start approach on chemotherapy. The family is now pursuing intratumoural immunotherapy at the Williams Cancer Institute in the US and Mexico.
Intratumoural immunotherapy injects medicine directly into the tumour, bypassing the biological barrier that blocks standard immunotherapy from reaching it.
Jack is self-funding a significant portion. Funds raised cover immunotherapy treatment sessions, medical fees, and ongoing support.
