You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to make a purchase. By placing an order, you represent that all information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

We make every effort to display our artwork, frames, sizes, and colors as accurately as possible. However, screen settings, print processes, and material variations mean the final product may differ slightly from on-screen mockups. Such minor variations are not defects. All artwork is offered in the sizes and formats described on each product page; dimensions refer to the print size, and framed dimensions may be marginally larger.

All prices are listed in US Dollars and are subject to change without notice. The price charged is the price displayed at the time your order is placed. Shipping fees, where applicable, are shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is processed securely by our third-party payment providers; we do not store full payment card details.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of pricing or listing errors, suspected fraud, or unavailability. If we cancel an order after payment, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.

Orders are produced and dispatched within the production times stated on the Site, and delivery times vary by destination. Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address provided at checkout. You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address; we are not liable for orders lost due to incorrect address information.

Our returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Please review it before placing an order.

Each Angelic collection supports a named individual or cause, and a portion of proceeds is donated as described on the relevant pages of the Site. Donations are made by Angelic LLC from its proceeds; your purchase is not a tax-deductible charitable contribution, and we do not provide tax receipts for purchases. Fundraising totals shown on the Site are good faith estimates updated periodically.

All content on the Site — including artwork, designs, text, logos, and photography — is the property of Angelic LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Purchasing a physical product grants you ownership of that physical item only; it does not grant any right to reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the underlying artwork.

You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems, scraping or harvesting data, interfering with the Site's operation, or using the Site for any unlawful purpose.

The Site integrates third-party services, including Shopify for e-commerce and checkout. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their acts or omissions.

The Site and all products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except as required by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Angelic LLC's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Site or purchase of products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Angelic LLC from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
